SQUASH PATTIES 
1 egg
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. onion
1 c. cooked squash
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. cornmeal

Slice and boil squash. Drain and slightly squish. Mix and fry by spoonfuls. (If they seem too thin, add more meal and flour.)
