BARBECUE SAUCE 
4 c. chicken stock
3 bottles chili sauce
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 clove garlic
4 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. butter
8 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. pickle relish

Combine all ingredients except flour. Cook slowly about 30 minutes. Thicken with flour.
