CHERRY CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
24 vanilla wafers (or more)
Gem baking cups

Mix cream cheese, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy.

Make vanilla wafers into crumbs. Place wafer crumbs in bottom of baking cup, fill cup 2/3 full with filling. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Put small amount of filling on top and chill.
