PERFECT SUNDAY DINNER ROLLS
1 pkg. yeast
1 1/4 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and add sugar. Separately beat eggs and 1 cup warm water. Then add oil and salt. Add this to the yeast mixture and gradually add the flour. This will be sticky. That's okay. Let stand overnight with waxed paper or paper towel covering it. Use a large bowl as it will grow. Before Sunday School, pat out the dough and cut with a biscuit cutter. Place cutouts on a greased cookie sheet and let stand until after church.

Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes or until brown.

Note: If taking raw biscuits to cook at a pitch-in, do not cover, they will go flat.
