WHEAT ROLLS 
3 c. white flour
1 c. wheat flour
6 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 pkg. yeast
6 tbsp. warm water
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk

Mix flour, sugar and salt. Melt butter. Add to milk, mix eggs and add to milk mixture. Combine yeast with 6 tablespoons warm water until dissolved, then add to flour mixture. Add remaining wet ingredients. Knead 10 minutes or until dough is shiny. Let rise 1 1/2 hours. In 80 degree temperature until doubled. Divide dough in half. Roll out and make crescent rolls. Let rise another hour on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees about 12 minutes.
