CRAB SALAD 
1 loaf white bread
1 dozen hard boiled eggs
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cans shrimp, drained or 1 c. fresh or
2 cans crab drained or 2-3 crabs fresh
3 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix and let set overnight in refrigerator the bread with crust removed and cubed, chopped eggs and onion. Add shrimp or crab and mayonnaise; mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
