SUSAN'S CHOCOLATE CHIP PEANUT
BUTTER COOKIES
 
250 grams butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 sugar
1 (12 oz.) jar chunky peanut butter
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 bag chocolate chips

Cream butter, sugars and peanut butter together. Blend in 1 egg at a time with blender on medium speed. Sift in flour and soda. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for about 15 to 17 minutes. Let cool before removing from pan.
