CRAWFISH FETTUCCINE 
2 chopped onions
2 green onions
2 celery sticks
1 bell pepper
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 lbs. crawfish tails
1 can jalapeno relish
1 c. half and half
12 oz. fettuccine
1/2 lbs. processed cheese (Velveeta)
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. parsley

Saute onions, bell pepper, celery sticks and green onions in butter until soft. Add flour, parsley, and crawfish tails. Then, let cook approximately 20-25 minutes.

Add relish, cheese and half and half. Cook fettuccine until tender. Drain and mix in crawfish mixture. Pour in casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
