AFTER DINNER MINTS 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 boxes powdered sugar (16 oz. each)
2 tsp. mint flavoring
Food coloring as desired
Granulated sugar

Blend cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, mint flavoring and color. Knead as pie dough. Dip one side in granulated sugar. Press into candy mold until edges are even. Unmold immediately on wax paper. If firmer texture is wanted, add more powdered sugar. Keeps well and may be frozen. Try other flavors such as vanilla, rum, or lemon.
