PAT'S FRUIT CAKE 
16 oz. fruit cake mix
1/2 c. drained maraschino cherries
1 1/2 c. nuts
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Line loaf pan with Reynolds Wrap and grease. Mix fruit and nuts together. Combine with other ingredients in large bowl. Spoon into prepared pan; spread evenly.

Bake 1 hour 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. If cake becomes too dark, cover with Reynolds Wrap last 30 minutes of baking.
