1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Chopped nuts

Melt butter in saucepan. While warm, add all other ingredients; mix well. Turn into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Frost with chocolate frosting; sprinkle with chopped nuts.
