CUCUMBER SALAD

2 med. sized cucumbers

Wash, peel and slice 1/4 inch thick.

SOUR CREAM DRESSING:

1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. grated onion
Salt to taste
Black pepper
1 to 2 tbsp. diced pimento
