HOT DISH 
4 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
1 c. butter, melted

Mix together and press 1/2 in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Combine in large bowl:

2 cans undiluted celery soup
1 can evaporated milk
2 tsp. minced onion
Dash of pepper
4 c. cooked chicken or turkey
1 sm. jar diced pimento
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas

Pour over 1/2 of dressing and put remaining dressing over the top. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes. May be made ahead, frozen. Take out of freezer and bake.
