PINEAPPLE CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 heaping tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks

Combine in saucepan and cook until thick. Add large can pineapple and bring to boil. Remove from heat and beat in 2 tablespoon butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into unbaked pastry and top with pastry. Bake until pastry is browned.
