PINEAPPLE CREAM PIE 
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. powdered sugar
6 tbsp. butter, melted
8 oz. pineapple & juice
16 oz. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pineapple cream or vanilla pudding

Mix graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and butter together well and press into pie pan. Chill 1 hour. Beat pineapple, juice, sour cream and pudding together 2 minutes. Pour into pie crust. Chill overnight.
