PINEAPPLE SOUR CREAM PIE | |
1 (5 1/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, including juice 1 tbsp. sugar 1 pt. sour cream 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust Whipped cream or topping for garnish In a large bowl combine pudding mix, pineapple, sugar and sour cream. Mix well, but do not use electric mixer. Pour into crust and refrigerate for 2 hours. Top with whipped cream or topping, if desired. |
