CHICKEN WITH ANGEL-HAIR PASTA 
Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Clove of garlic
Fresh mushrooms
Tarragon leaves
Salt
Pepper
Spanish 100% pure olive oil
Angel-hair pasta

Cut boneless chicken breasts into bite size pieces. Coat bottom of skillet with Spanish 100% pure olive oil. Add minced garlic and chicken and brown. Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt, pepper and tarragon leaves. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are done.

Cook angel-hair pasta according to package directions. Add drained pasta to chicken and mushrooms in skillet and mix well. Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese.
