HAM AND BROCCOLI MAIN DISH 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears or about 14 fresh broccoli spears
2 (4 oz.) pkg. 8 thin slices cooked ham
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup
3/4 c. milk
Slivered almonds, optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli according to package directions or fresh broccoli until tender; drain. Place 2 small spears or 1 large spear of broccoli on each ham slice and roll up. Put rolls, seam side down, in a shallow, greased baking pan.

Combine soup and milk; pour over ham rolls. Sprinkle with almonds, if desired. Bake about 30 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 4 servings.
