WASTEBASKET STEW 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. Rotel tomatoes
1/2 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 can tomato sauce
2 cans Ranch style pinto beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 pkg. beef onion soup mix
1 c. chopped celery
1 lg. zucchini, chopped
1 can green beans
2 pkgs. sm. Smokey Link sausages
1 can lima beans
1 can sliced black olives

Combine all ingredients in large crock pot. Simmer all day or heat until blended. Do not drain vegetables. Serve over cubed Monterey Jack cheese, placed in bottom of bowl with flour tortillas or cornbread. Makes 15-18 servings.
