4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 c. light cream
6 c. milk
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat eggs lightly. Add sugar. Beat thick and add rest of ingredients. Put in ice cream freezer and freeze until firm. Makes 1 gallon.
