1 lb. hamburg
2 eggs
Ketchup to taste
2 tbsp. onions, chopped (can be raw, frozen or sauteed)
2 tbsp. chopped peppers (opt. but tasty)
1/2 c. Progresso flavored bread crumbs (or more to taste)

Mix together. Top with ketchup. Bake in loaf pan 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes good meat loaf sandwiches.
