3 c. hash browns, thawed
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. meat (sausage or ground beef) cooked, crumbled and drained
3 c. grated cheese
2 c. milk
12 eggs

Scatter hash browns to cover bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle onions over hash browns. Next, layer meat then cheese over hash browns and onion. Beat eggs in milk and pour evenly over other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. if less servings are needed, recipe may be divided in half. Serve 8.
