WHOLE WHEAT CORNBREAD 
1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
1 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil

Sift together dry ingredients. Beat together eggs, milk, and oil. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until just barely moistened. Pour into well greased 9 inch square pan. Cook at 425 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
