WHEAT GERM CORNBREAD 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cornmeal
3/4 c. wheat germ
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cornmeal, and wheat germ in a mixing bowl; set aside. Combine rest of ingredients; add to dry ingredients, stirring just enough to moisten. Pour into greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
