HYDROX PUDDING 
1 pkg. Knox gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 c. cold water
1 1/4 c. milk
4 egg yolks
1 1/4 c. sugar

Cook until it bubbles about 5 minutes. Add gelatin and stir. Let cool. Crush package of Hydrox cookies. Melt 1/4 cup butter and mix cookie crumbs. Beat the 4 egg whites until stiff, add egg whites to custard. Beat 1 package Dream Whip until stiff. Pour custard and egg whites into whipped cream. Place 1/2 of cookie crumbs in bottom of dish. Pour custard mixture over crumb, add rest of crumbs on top of pudding. Keep in refrigerator. Will keep several days.
