ORANGE DELIGHT 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet, softened
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Dissolve Jello in boiling water; drain orange and pineapple. Keep the juice. Measure syrup and water to make 1 cup (cold liquid). Add to Jello and chill until slightly thickened. Take softened sherbet and blend in with Jello, oranges, and pineapple; chill.
