ORANGE SHERBET DELIGHT 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1/2 cup orange juice
1 1/2 qt. orange sherbet ice cream
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

Mix condensed milk, orange juice, cream cheese, and Cool Whip until smooth. Mixture will be slightly thin. Put 1/2 gallon orange sherbet in pan covering bottom of pan. Pour mixture on top of ice cream and freeze for 3 hours.
