6 c. shredded unpeeled zucchini 1 c. shredded carrot 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 c. cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. water 1/4 c. butter 1 lb. cooked bacon (diced) or cooked chicken (diced) Leftover roast (diced) or cooked hamburger 1 pkg. stuffing mix 1 1/2 c. hot water Combine vegetables, butter, soup and water. Prepare stuffing mix with the 1 1/2 cup hot water and layer the combined vegetables with the prepared stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes covered and 20 minutes uncovered. |
