CATFISH STEW 
3 lb. catfish
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
6 med. diced potatoes
1 can diced carrots
1 can sweet peas
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
Salt, pepper, garlic salt, parsley, oregano
1 sm. can V-8 juice
2 c. whole milk
1/2 lb. butter

Steam catfish, remove any excess skin, set aside. Place all vegetables in large boiler. Do not drain vegetables. Bring to a boil. Add fish, butter and V-8 juice. Season to taste. Simmer until vegetables are done. Set aside to cool (before adding milk) reheat. Be sure to cool first or milk may curdle.
