CATFISH STEW 
30 lb. potatoes, cubed
6 lb. onions, chopped
20 lb. catfish
1 lb. butter
1 1/2 gal. milk
1/2 sm. jar mustard
1 lb. fat back, sliced thin
Salt
Pepper

Fry fat back. Add potatoes and onions. Cook until potatoes are tender. Fry catfish, debone and flake. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer until ready to serve.
