BACON ROLL - UPS 
1/4 c. butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. water
1/4 lb. hot sausage
1 1/2 c. stuffing mix
1/2 lb. bacon

In medium saucepan, melt butter in water. Remove from heat. Stir in stuffing mix then egg and hot sausage. Blend well. Chill for a few hours. Shape into small logs. Cut bacon strips into thirds. Wrap one piece around log and fasten with toothpick. Place in shallow pan and bake at 375 degrees 45 to 60 minutes. Turn at halfway point. Drain on paper towel.
