MEXICALI MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 egg
1 pkg. Mexican Velveeta cheese (cubed)
1 pkg. nacho chips

Combine ground meat, taco seasoning and egg. Form into 1 inch meatballs. Microwave on paper plate on high for about 10 minutes or until brown.

Arrange nacho chips on bottom and around sides of glass pie plate. Melt cheese in microwave on high for about 1 minute; stir and microwave 1 minute more.

Pour cheese over chips and arrange meatballs on top of cheese.

NOTE: This recipe can be done on conventional stove, also.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
