MEXICALI PIZZA 
Vegetable oil
2 lg. corn tortillas
1 lb. veggie burger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. diced green chiles
2 med. tomatoes, sliced
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1/2 c. salsa

In a skillet, brown veggie burger until crumbly; add taco seasoning and water; blend well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Place tortillas on a pizza pan. Layer veggie burger, half of cheese, chiles, tomatoes, remaining half of cheese, olives and salsa. Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Cut in wedges for serving.
