BRANDY CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 boneless chicken breasts
Garlic salt
White pepper
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
2 oz. brandy (optional)
Parmesan cheese

Lay chicken in buttered casserole, don't overlap. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix soup, sour cream, mushrooms and brandy. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake covered at 350 degrees for one to one and a half hours. Serves 4.
