BRANDY CHICKEN BAKE 
1 fryer chicken, cut up
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (8 oz.) fresh sliced mushrooms
2 oz. brandy
Season salt
Pepper
Parmesan cheese

Place chicken in 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper. Mix together soup, sour cream, mushrooms and brandy. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes. The sauce makes an excellent gravy!
