CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOMS, ONIONS
AND WINE
 
1 (3 1/2 lb.) fryer
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 lg. Spanish onion, thickly sliced
4 oz. white wine or dry sherry
1 beef bouillon cube

1. Wash and cut fryer into small parts - skin if desired.

2. Add can mushrooms plus juice and wine.

3. Place sliced onions on top and add bouillon cube.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

5. After it has cooked for 30 or 40 minutes, turn chicken and you may add a little more wine.
