LIME-LEMON MOLDED SALAD 
1 pkg. each: lime and lemon gelatin
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 1/2 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. salad dressing
Chopped nuts
Chopped maraschino cherries, may be added

Dissolve gelatin well in 2 1/2 cups boiling water. Add immediately the salad dressing and cream cheese cut in small pieces. Use an egg beater or mixer at low speed to help dissolve the cheese and dressing. Let cool. Then add crushed pineapple and nuts and cherries if desired. Generously fill 2 quart mold.
