LEMON FRUIT SALAD (24 Hour) 
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can peach slices
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can green grapes
1/4 c. sliced maraschino cherries
1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. lemon tapioca pudding mix
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. tiny marshmallows
2 c. frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed

Drain fruit, except peaches, reserving 1 1/2 cups syrup in all. Prepare tapioca pudding according to package directions except substitute the reserved 1 1/2 cups syrup for the milk called for on the package. Stir in lemon juice.

Cover surface of pudding with wax paper. Cool. Remove wax paper. Dice peaches; fold into pudding along with other fruits, marshmallows and dessert topping. Chill several hours. Makes 8-10 servings.
