LEMON AND FRUIT JELL-O SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cream, whipped
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, quartered

Prepare lemon Jell-O using 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water. Let jell partially. Blend softened cream cheese with mayonnaise. Add fruit cocktail and cherries. Mix with Jell-O and fold in whipped cream. Pour into a small mold or individual molds. Refrigerate until set.
