PEACHES AND CREAM PIE 
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding
3 tbsp. soft butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 med. can sliced peaches, drained (reserve liquid)

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. peach juice

1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Grease bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Combine and mix first 7 ingredients 2 minutes. Pour into pie pan. Arrange peaches over batter. Combine and mix for 2 minutes the cream cheese, sugar and peach juice. Spoon onto peaches, leaving 1 inch border. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle onto filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.

NOTE: For more "peachy" dessert use one large can sliced peaches and bake in 10-inch pie plate.
