A TOUCH-OF-SPRING SALAD 
2 heads lettuce, torn (about 2 lbs.)
1 head cauliflower, cut into flowerets (about 1 lb.)
2 c. fresh bean sprouts
1 c. red cabbage (shredded)

Toss all together.

HERB DRESSING:

1 pt. sour cream
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tsp. dried dill weed
1 tsp. dried tarragon
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix well together, then toss together with vegetables. Makes 12 servings. (About 20 calories per serving without dressing; 30 calories per tablespoon with dressing.)
