SPRING GARDEN SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1/2 c. sliced cauliflower
1/4 c. sliced radishes
1/4 c. sliced cucumber
1/4 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. diced green onion
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice

Prepare lemon Jello as directed. Add salt and lemon or vinegar. Cool until it begins to thicken. Add vegetables and pour into a mold.
