SPRING FRUIT AND BEAN SALAD 
3 pears, peeled and sliced
1 med. avocado, peeled and diced
4 c. torn red leaf lettuce
1 c. canned garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
Ranch dressing
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion rings
1/2 c. sunflower seeds

Arrange lettuce on serving plates. Top with vegetables and fruits. Drizzle salad dressing over all. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Serves 6-8.
