1 box yellow cake mix
11 oz. can mandarin oranges with juice
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Combine all ingredients until light and fluffy. Grease and flour pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

Combine all ingredients and spread on cake.

20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
10 oz. Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Keep refrigerated.
