LAYERED TOSTADO CHIP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef of ground turkey
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 to 2 tbsp. chili powder (according to taste)
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cumin, crushed
1 clove garlic, minced or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
1 c. ripe olives
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lg. pkg. Tostado chips

Brown meat in skillet and add onion as meat cooks. Dip off any fat from ground beef. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, pepper, cumin, garlic and beans. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add chopped bell pepper and 1/2 the ripe olives. Spray large casserole with Pam and place layer of Tostado chips on bottom. Pour layer of chili mixture over chips, then layer of cheese. Repeat. Finish with layer of cheese and remaining olives. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes or microwave 3 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
