SWEDISH PINEAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beat
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2-1 c. nuts

Mix dry ingredients. Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and pineapple. Add to dry mixture. Add nuts last. Put into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Put icing on while cake is warm.
