AUNT EDNA'S SWEDISH CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped walnuts

Blend together the flour, sugar, eggs and soda. Add pineapple with juice, vanilla extract and walnuts. Mix together and bake in a 9 x 13 buttered pan at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.

Frosting:

1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Blend cream cheese and butter. Add the powdered sugar. Mix. Frost while cake is still warm. Keep in refrigerator.
