SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground chuck
2 eggs
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
4 tbsp. grated onion
A little salt & pepper

SAUCE:

1 (12 oz.) jar chili sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
2 tsp. lemon juice

Form into small balls. Put in baking pan or cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool (at this point can be put into freezer bags and put in freezer to use at a later date). Simmer sauce until blended. Add meatballs and simmer 15 minutes or so before serving. Works great in a crockpot!
