SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg

SAUCE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (13 oz.) can pineapple chunks with juice
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 green pepper, cut in 1" squares

Mix all meatball ingredients together and shape into 20 (1 1/2") balls. Cook in skillet over medium heat, turning occasionally until brown. Remove from skillet and discard fat. In skillet, mix remaining ingredients except green pepper. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat. Add meatballs. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in green pepper and cook until crisp tender, about 5 minutes. Serve over hot rice. Serves 4.
