SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef (season as desired, salt and pepper)
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. bread crumbs (seasoned or plain)
1/2 c. milk
3 tsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (smoked flavor is best)
1/4 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. water

Mix ground beef, onions, bread crumbs and milk. Shape in golfball size. Place in casserole. Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan and bake at 350 degrees until done. Depend on size of your balls. These can be frozen and baked at anytime.
